The hotel and the Agoda.com, in this case refuse to examine or accept fault for their misleading information. IT is only a few dollars, but to me, it is the principal of the thing, and I am sure it has happened to others. It is related to, being charged TWICE for sales tax and service charges.

    Please explain more clearly what happened so we can determine which agency should help you but probably your local consumer protection agency.
