Anyone out there work at a hotel? Reservations question?

If I have a reservation, with a confirmation #, reserved with a credit card, the hotel has to let me stay in the room at the reserved rate, or find me another hotel, correct?

I booked a room online. There must have been some glitch or something b/c I got a room that is normally 189.00 a night for 55 bucks a night. Five minutes later the rate was gone, but I had already reserved it. Think they will honor it?

    Yes, they probably will honor it.

    Take a print out of the reservation with you, of course.
