    When you use a website to book air (airline/flight), a lot of websites now have a feature where you can just package in air+room or air+room+car etc

    usually priceline (www.priceline.com) will give you the lowest rates (by far!)
    but.. there’s a catch… You cant choose which hotel! only based on the areas and star level

    There’s workaround (well, sort of)… Visit this online forum
    That’s where priceline users post their bid result (yes including the location, price, hotel name and the date).

    My best personal experience, they accepted my bid for Grand Westin Berlin for USD 70 per night!
    This is the “Bourne Supremacy” Hotel!!
