    I’ve had the best luck with travel agents. They’ve found better deals than the internet.

    I don’t think you will find any.
    Hotels ask you for your credit card number in case you don’t show up, they can charge you that first night. However, you can use a credit card to reserve the room but you can pay in cash or any oter way once you get there.
